Returns
I hope that you are happy with your purchase. However if you have any problems once it has arrived, please let me know.
I will be happy to return any goods that are unsatisfactory, as long as you contact me within 48 hours of delivery.
I cannot accept returns on earrings for hygiene reasons.
The item must be returned in its original packaging, please ensure that your name and address are enclosed within the package along with your reason for returning it, and I will refund your money.
Any faulty good will be refunded or replaced with no cost to you, but please let me know within 48 hours of receipt.
